Found some time to bake cake with the bread maker. Took about 1 hour to let the butter melt. Had an idea that I can actually skip this step and cut the butter using the knife, which can cut down the preparation time.
It can keep for about 2 days before it starts to harden. Maybe I can try to make Pandan flavour next time.
